Who this is for

Built for people who need infrastructure to make sense — fast.

Recent graduates & job-seekers

You're targeting IT support, networking, or junior sysadmin roles and need the underlying picture that job ads assume you already have.

Small-business owners & operators

You manage the IT for a small team and want to stop guessing when a vendor quote arrives or a network drops out.

Career switchers into tech

You're moving into IT from another field and want the foundations before diving into specialisations like cloud, security, or DevOps.

Outcomes

What you'll be able to do by the end.

Real, portable skills. Not certificates in isolation, not vendor-slide-deck theory. You leave the cohort able to reason about, set up, and troubleshoot the building blocks of business IT.

  • Speak fluently about networks, servers, storage, and cloud — no more blank stares in vendor meetings.
  • Set up and troubleshoot a small-office network end-to-end: cabling, switches, Wi-Fi, IPs, DHCP, DNS.
  • Understand on-prem vs cloud vs hybrid and know which mix fits which business — without the marketing gloss.
  • Design a basic backup and disaster-recovery plan that a small team can actually maintain.
  • Recognise the common infrastructure failure modes and know what to check first when something breaks.
  • Move confidently between Windows Server, a Linux terminal, and a cloud console.
